Life is full of times when we find ourselves in difficult positions.  We are asked to take risks, to live precariously, and to go beyond what is comfortable.  And during those times, what can carry us through is trust in ourselves, the universe and in one another.  From this trust comes peace and strength, but it must be cultivated.  We must be prepared to give up the myth that we can always have control, and then open ourselves to the spirit of life as it flows through and around us.
