Non violent communication practice group
 

     A non Violent Communication (NVC) practice group is starting at United UUC on Tuesday, November 7 at 10:30 am.  The group will meet on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 10:30am - noon. 
     The second meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 21 at 10:30 am.  This group will practice the communication concepts taught in the book, Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall Rosenberg.

     This practice group will be helpful for people who are interested in developing a peaceful way of connecting with self as well as finding peaceful ways of relating with family, friends, colleagues, bosses, and people who have differing opinions.
